Metric Definitions & Logic

Shift Shrinkage

Calculated as the difference between planned shift duration and actual worked hours. High shrinkage indicates potential productivity gaps.

Relative Score %

A normalized efficiency score (0-100) calculated against the entire employee pool. It uses your custom weights to rank performance fairly.

Late/Early Arrival

Determined by comparing the "In Time" with the "Shift Start Time". The dashboard tracks minutes to help identify chronic attendance patterns.

Manager Attribution

Data is aggregated by specific stints. If an employee changes managers, their performance is accurately split between both leaders.

💡 Pro Tip: Custom Performance Metrics

You can use the "Performance/Savings" column for anything! From "Sales Volume" to "Customer Satisfaction Scores", the dashboard will automatically normalize the data and include it in the Relative Score calculation.
